About the Role:
We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Assistant/Agent to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for prospective residents for our 133 Unit Apartment complex in Denton.
As a Leasing Assistant/Agent, you will play a key role in leasing apartments, building relationships with prospective residents, and supporting day to day leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed reports on market trends, including pricing, amenities, and occupancy levels, to help inform leasing strategies.
- Promptly follow up on all rental inquiries via phone, email, or in person visits, providing comprehensive information about the property, available units, and leasing terms.
- Manage the rental application process from start to finish, including collecting necessary documents, conducting credit and background checks, verifying references, and scheduling smooth move in for residents.
- Manage lease renewals by coordinating with existing residents, preparing renewal documentation, and promoting resident retention.
- Organize and participate in community events and open houses to build excitement and awareness around the new development.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to highlight the unique aspects of the apartment complex, driving engagement and interest.
- Conduct regular market surveys to analyze competitor properties and rental rates.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 2+ years of Leasing
- Skills: Appfolio, Leasing, Sales, Negotiation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
