Job Overview:
This position will perform programming, testing, and calibration services on various instrumentation and processing equipment to ensure it is in optimal operating condition and within the customer’s expected specifications. The applications are typically in a sanitary and hygienic environment located inside or around manufacturing, production, and research facilities in the food and beverage, data center, utilities, or pharmaceutical industries. Compliance with regulatory agencies such as the FDA is required. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and technically inclined. The ability to travel regularly within the United States is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Testing and Calibration: Perform accurate testing and calibration of a wide range of instrumentation and processing equipment, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Startup and Commissioning: Implement setup and adjustments in instruments to ensure reliable operation in line with the customer’s expectations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with instrumentation systems, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of procedures, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality: Diligently adhere to quality control measures.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their calibration requirements, address inquiries, and provide technical assistance.
- Sales: Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to customers on applications, instrument selection, and setup including critical control points.
- Communication: Effectively communicate schedules, travel plans, work plans, and all things related to the business with customers and Masterleo personnel.
- Safety: Adhere to all established safety guidelines, use appropriate PPE, and perform work in a safe and responsible manner.
- Travel: Maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to fly on commercial airlines, make travel arrangements, and generally be available for scheduled travel with occasional on-call duties.
- Other Responsibilities: Responsibilities are as assigned and subject to change to accommodate business needs.
Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Instrumentation and Controls: 1 year (Preferred)
