Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Previous experience teaching or assisting in a Special Education setting

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students on caseload (2-5 students)
- Deliver instruction and support tailored to each student’s unique learning needs and abilities
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share student progress and address concerns
- Adapt instructional methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles
