Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide clerical and office support for our Child/Adolescent Outpatient Services in Coffee County. This position operates within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, helping ensure timely access to care, smooth daily operations, and a welcoming, family-centered environment for children, adolescents, and families receiving behavioral health services.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required

Proficiency in computer systems, keyboarding, and general office technology

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based services
Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and administrative support for Child/Adolescent Outpatient Services within the CCBHC care model

Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
-
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations

Support children, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
-
Help ensure smooth clinic operations and timely access to behavioral health services for children and adolescents
-
Monitor office supplies, forms, and administrative materials needed for daily operations
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support efficient workflow and quality service delivery
-
Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in support of person-centered care
ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
