Job Summary
YH Global Tech Logistics Texas Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatch Specialist (Truck / Carrier) to support U.S. domestic transportation operations.
This position will be responsible for coordinating LTL and FTL shipments, communicating with carriers, monitoring shipment status, resolving in-transit issues, and supporting day-to-day dispatch and transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for vehicle arrangement for all U.S. LTL/FTL dispatch orders, liaise with carriers, and coordinate communication for pickup and delivery locations.
- Organize business-related documents, maintain file archives, and submit reports and feedback documents as required.
- Track shipment status, including departure, transit, and final delivery, and update milestone information in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all in-transit exceptions, coordinate with carriers for resolution, and share progress with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain communication channels with partner carriers, align business requirements, and ensure stable transportation fulfillment.
Qualifications
- College degree or above; major in logistics preferred.
- 1–3 years of work experience.
- Familiar with U.S. domestic LTL/FTL workflows and knowledgeable about pickup, delivery, and carrier operations in the Western U.S.
- Skilled in order tracking, exception handling, and document filing; prior experience in cross-border logistics or warehouse dispatch is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate directly with U.S. carriers in English.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
