As a member of the support team, you will be responsible for the support and tracking of end user support tickets. This includes, but is not limited to, day-to-day troubleshooting, scheduling field visits, and monitoring client networks. This is a hands-on tech support position that requires on-site client visits, on site project work, and onsite client support in many cases as well as can also be done remotely for clients in the Boston area making it a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical and customer service skills, possess the ability to anticipate end users’ productivity needs and deliver them before they are evident. The successful candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements
-Must have reliable car and be able to travel to client locations as required
-Must have high speed internet connection from home to provide remote support to Clients
- Must be able to work a rotating on-call shift
-Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting technology environments
-Understanding of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information storage
-Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Desktop Applications
-Knowledge of Microsoft Server OS, Exchange, Active Directory, and DNS a plus
-Understanding of domains, TCP/IP, VPN’s, and firewalls preferred
-Knowledge of Smart Phones, iPhone, iPad, ActiveSync, etc.
-Experience with VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V a plus
-Experience with Microsoft 365
-Experience with Cloud networks
Experience with RMM tools (Datto RMM, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, etc.)
· Knowledge of ticketing systems (Autotask, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
· Familiarity with Backup Solutions and issue resolution.
· Certifications in any CompTIA+ or other training programs are welcome
-Candidate must have the ability to work in a variety of environments, have excellent follow-up skills, provide detailed documentation, and be able to work effectively and independently

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
