- Lead engineering execution across large, multi-discipline water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and technical specialists
- Serve as the technical lead for treatment and conveyance projects, guiding design strategies and solutions
- Develop and maintain engineering work plans and oversee multi-discipline coordination
- Review and deliver high-quality technical outputs for large-scale or program-level initiatives
- Evaluate equipment, materials, and engineering solutions through research and analysis
- Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout project lifecycles
- Act as a primary technical liaison with clients, supporting communication, issue resolution, and project adjustments
- Provide technical input for proposals and support business development activities
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, identifying training and growth opportunities
- Participate in team development initiatives, including hiring and performance support
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- 11+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering with leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Strong background in water and wastewater treatment systems, including upgrades and expansions
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring technical staff
- Familiarity with collaborative delivery methods (e.g., design-bid-build, design-build)
