Join a team dedicated to improving patient care by installing, configuring, and supporting patient monitoring systems and IT networks in healthcare environments. You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage customer relationships, and ensure reliable real-time patient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot patient monitoring systems and IT infrastructure.
· Perform system testing, maintenance, and technical support.
· Collaborate with clinical, sales, and service teams on customer projects.
· Complete service documentation, maintenance records, and regulatory paperwork.
· Travel approximately 65-70% within the assigned region (1–4 hours driving daily; occasional overnight travel).
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in IT, networking, electronics, or field service (healthcare experience preferred).
· Experience with network configuration/troubleshooting; CCNA certification required or obtainable within 6 months.
· Experience with patient monitoring systems, telemetry, ventilators, or defibrillators is a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call rotations, in hospital and remote environments.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
