We don’t believe in high-pressure sales. We educate homeowners, identify problems, and recommend the right solutions.
Position Summary
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people who enjoy meeting homeowners face-to-face.
Your job is not to pressure people into buying.
Instead, you’ll start conversations, identify homeowner concerns, educate them about common home maintenance issues, and schedule free Home Air & Safety Inspections.
This is a consultative sales position where trust and relationships come before closing a sale.
Responsibilities
- Walk residential neighborhoods and meet homeowners.
- Schedule free Home Air & Safety Inspections.
- Educate homeowners on dryer vent safety, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency.
- Build trust through consultative selling.
- Record leads and appointments using our CRM.
- Meet daily activity and appointment goals.
- Represent the RGO Home Services brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
