We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Senior HVAC Technician who can ensure excellent customer care and add to our collaborative team.

- Starting pay $25-$39 per hour depending on experience. With commissions, this position could earn up to $150,000 plus annually!

What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, locate, and diagnose problems in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Describe assessment, repair options, and associated costs to customers in terms they can easily understand.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning air handling systems and reheat coils, monitoring systems, and replacing filters, motors, fans, and belts.
- Assist with comprehensive repairs of complete systems, including controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring, pumps, compressors, condensers, and piping.
- Install, repair, replace, or clean refrigerant lines, fans, appliance vents, smoke detectors, humidifiers, and grills.
- Ensure all HVAC repairs and installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety standards and regulatory codes.
- Complete all required documentation on services, recording details and explaining guarantees or warranties to customers.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC services (4+ years preferred).
- HVAC Journeyman License and EPA Certificate preferred.
- Broad experience across all HVAC fields (Residential, Commercial, Geothermal, and Hydronic) preferred.
- Background in sheet metal transition or building adapting preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
