Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Utilize POS system for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve service delivery.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.
- Implement training programs focused on food safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Foster a positive dining experience through effective team management and customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
- Strong background in restaurant operations or fine dining experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in kitchen management, food production, or bar operations.
- Experience in staff training & development, team management, and shift management.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and inventory control methods.

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
