Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various phases of construction projects, from groundwork to finishing touches. Your hands-on skills and safety awareness will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including material handling and site organization.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, formwork construction, concrete mixing, and finishing.
- Support the installation of rebar, concrete pouring, cutting, and finishing to ensure structural integrity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, stucco application, and renovation work.
- Follow all safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for all team members.
- Assist with specialized tasks such as concrete pumping, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry work, and restoration projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other construction equipment safely.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, and related techniques.
- Understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.

Pay: $25.79 - $31.06 per hour
