What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments and procedures.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable, functional goals.
- Deliver high-quality, child-led interventions that foster trust and success.
- Collaborate closely with our OT team and families to ensure continuity of care.
- Document all patient interactions with precision and care.
- Educate families on therapeutic techniques and integrate learning into daily routines.

What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Michigan.
- 1-2 years of pediatric experience, including sensory integration expertise.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing.
