The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Machinist to join our Swing Shift team (Monday–Thursday, 2:20 p.m. – 12:50 a.m.).
If you enjoy machining complex, one-off and low-volume precision parts in a fast-paced job shop environment, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
- Machine prototype and low-volume precision components.
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot setups and optimize machining processes.
- Work closely with programmers, engineers, and fellow machinists.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong setup and operation experience on CNC mills and/or lathes.
- Experience with prototype or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Experience holding tight tolerances.
- Available to work Swing Shift (4 x 10 schedule).
