We are a technologically advanced, patient-centered dental office specializing in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about preventative care and eager to work in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and oral cancer screenings
- Take and review digital x-rays and intraoral images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Assist with treatment planning, especially in restorative procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using digital charting
- Help deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For:
- Current RDH License in Connecticut
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Interest or experience in restorative or cosmetic dentistry preferred
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
