Responsibilities include Lead conceptual design, site survey, design turnover, and construction administration. Processes: Perform HVAC and plumbing system design and calculations, including creating design drawings, schematic reports, specific cost estimates, Conduct engineering analysis and modeling, such as building load calculations, energy analysis and airflow modeling. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to develop coordinated design documents. Prepare HVAC controls diagram, project specific controls specification, equipment sequence of operation and design BMS system. Lead business development by meeting prospective clients and preparing competitive proposal package. Requires experience W/ AutCAD, REVIT, HAP, and Microsoft Office Apps and familiarity w/ NY, NJ PA Building codes and standards. Manage people activities including onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Requires MS in mechanical engineering.
