Leading Edge Auto Body, a trusted collision repair center in Baltimore, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and the repair team
- Review supplements and update repair plans as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and photo capture for all estimates
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
Requirements:
- 1 year of auto body estimating experience minimum
- Knowledge of estimating software (CCC One preferred)
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
