Construction Manager | Senior Project Manager | Senior Superintendent | Preconstruction Project Manager | Commercial Construction
Location: Reno, NV (100% On-Site)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with commercial construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through project closeout. We welcome candidates currently working as Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, Preconstruction Project Managers, Preconstruction Managers, or Commercial Construction Managers.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of commercial construction experience with expertise in construction management, commercial building construction, preconstruction, project management, field operations, project planning, conceptual estimating, budgeting, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), value engineering, constructability reviews, procurement, subcontractor management, contract administration, project scheduling, cost control, forecasting, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, owner billings, quality control, OSHA safety, risk management, project closeout, commercial building systems, and leadership of cross-functional construction teams.
Candidates should have experience collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and internal operations teams while delivering commercial construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Experience mentoring Project Managers, Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, or Preconstruction staff and supporting business development, client relationships, and continuous process improvement is highly preferred.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
