Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Ability to prepare and understand variance reports and analyze financial results
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Commitment to tenant satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
- Commercial property management experience is preferred
- Real Estate license or industry knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct building, leasing, and quality control inspections
- Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs, signage, insurance documentation, and vendor coordination
- Maintain consistent communication with tenants, vendors, and internal staff
- Support the accounting team with financial reporting for wholly owned and third-party properties
- Prepare, review, and assist with analysis of monthly financial and variance reports
- Assist with project management, including scoping, bidding, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks and work within systems such as Building Engines, Yardi, and Jenark
- Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and brochures
- Assist with other property management and administrative duties as needed
