Founded in 2012 by food-obsessed brothers, Puesto has grown from a single neighborhood taquería into a familia of 800+ team members, and we're just getting started.
Today, we operate nine restaurants across California and continue to grow. At Puesto, every shift brings a lively, welcoming atmosphere built on outstanding food, expertly balanced cocktails, and memorable hospitality. We're so devoted to craft that we opened our own brewery to brew our beer ourselves.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of high-volume Restaurant Manager experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
- Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly team
- Familiarity with restaurant systems such as TOAST, CTUIT, OpenTable, and TripleSeat
- Experience in inventory control and food safety practices within the food industry
- A positive, self-motivated disposition committed to excellence and team success
- A passion for authentic Mexican cuisine & culture, and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship—from handmade blue corn tortillas to thoughtfully crafted margaritas
