Gillmann Services is now hiring experienced Fabricator / Welders in Beaver, WV!
**Pay is based on experience**
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Fabricate metal components using cutting, bending, and forming tools
- Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core as required)
- Assemble parts and structures according to specifications
- Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy
- Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, grinders, saws, and drills
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Work with supervisors and engineers to resolve fabrication or design issues
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal types and fabrication techniques
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
