Director of Environmental Tasks Include (but not limited to):
- Overall Supervision of all Housekeeping & Laundry Staff
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout facility
- Is responsible Staff Schedule
- Attend daily Morning-IDT meetings
- Attend any other meetings as necessary
- Provides guidance & assistance to staff as necessary
- Conduct rounds on all Units
- Ensure that equipment is clean, and in good working condition
- Ensure Supplies is maintained neatly and readily available
- Ensures outside grounds is clean & safe
Qualifications:
- Have the ability to lead a staff
- Have excellent written communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong passion and work ethic to ensure excellent quality care.
