Sales & Client Relations Representative

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an organized, motivated Sales & Client Relations Representative to manage clients through the customer journey. This role combines outside sales, customer relationship management, project coordination, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers through every step of the sales and installation process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify company-generated leads.
- Making appointments to meet with potential clients. At client meetings you will: take measurements to get the square footage of the area, show them samples and answer any questions, and fill them in on what their installation process will look like (Ex: approve estimate, sign contract, send deposit, order turf, etc.). Create drawings and take photos of each property to refer back to for each estimate/contract and ordering materials
- Creating and sending estimates after meeting with clients. Based on the measurements taken at an appointment, you must price out the job based on the materials needed, labor costs, and access to the area.
- Follow up with customers after sending the estimate to ask if they have any questions or what is needed to approve the job.
- Once the job is approved send a contract and relay deposit information and keep them apprised of the progress and stay in communication with them. You will be the primary point of contact for all clients and will be responsible for mitigating any customer concerns/issues.
- Ordering materials needed for installation. Based on the scheduling of each job, ensuring that all materials needed are ordered is crucial. Staying on top of this is paramount to keeping jobs on schedule.

Employee Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Must be technologically proficient
- Must be located on Long Island
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Must be comfortable meeting with new clients and developing relationships with vendors
- Outgoing, organized, and adaptable
- Must be able to adjust to changes at a moment’s notice and diligently work to keep all jobs on track

- Weekly salary + commission
