After School Assistant Director:
Part 2 Afterschool is now hiring Assistant Directors for the 26/27 school year. Part 2 believes that the after-school hours are an important part of every child's day. Children should be engaged in meaningful activities while developing healthy relationships with positive adult role models, as well as with their peers.
Job duties include:
- working with team members to create and participate in fun and age-appropriate activities
- supervise children's play, interactions, and behavior
- serve as a positive influence and role model
The hours are 1:00-6:00 Monday-Friday.
Part 2 provides ample opportunity for motivated staff to be promoted as they build upon their experience and education. Childcare experience and group management are a requirement for this position. This is an important (and fun) job! This is a great job for aspiring educators or others looking to get into a child-related field.
