Job Overview
We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) RBT to join our dynamic team at Sakura Behavioral Services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and communication skills
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and functional skills through engaging teaching methods
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments
- Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to ensure high-quality, respectful care
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially in home-based or school settings
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols
- Familiarity with behavioral data collection techniques and behavior management strategies
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred
- Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients’ families
- Previous experience supporting clients in community or school environments is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
