We are a fast-growing sales and consulting firm hiring Wireless Enrollment Representatives to support Verizon’s customer enrollment and activation process. The Wireless Enrollment Representative position is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to build a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications.
As a Wireless Enrollment Representative, you will help new customers complete the final steps of signing up for Verizon wireless services. You’ll guide customers through plan selection, enrollment, and device activation while ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience from start to finish. No prior Wireless Enrollment Representative experience? No problem — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do as a Wireless Enrollment Representative
- Assist customers with Verizon wireless plan enrollment and account setup
- Walk customers through device activation and basic setup
- Clearly explain pricing, plans, and service options
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in internal systems
- Provide solutions to customer questions and ensure a positive experience
- Troubleshoot basic activation or enrollment issues
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to complete enrollments
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction
