We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring that every resident enjoys their meal in a welcoming and fine dining atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet residents warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Assist residents with any inquiries about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly after residents leave.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests.
- Uphold high standards of food handling and safety practices throughout service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services and relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing techniques and kitchen workflows.
