Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Apartment make ready process for vacant units

Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements

Appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks and sheetrock maintenance and repair duties

Property and vacant unit inspections

Use of basic hand tools and power tools

Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured

Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed

Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of apartment/multi-family experience

Minimum 2 years of maintenance specific experience

Customer service oriented
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills+
