Overview
We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Hourly Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Wray auto parts store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting team members, and keeping the store running smoothly. As an Hourly Supervisor, you'll assist customers both in-store and over the phone, support inventory and freight operations, handle cash and transactions, and help drive an outstanding customer experience. You'll also serve as the Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor and over the phone.
- Help customers find the right parts and products for their needs.
- Process sales, payments, invoices, and daily deposits.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming freight.
- Maintain inventory, merchandising, and store organization.
- Support and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Retail and customer service experience required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems and basic retail math.
- Valid driver's license required
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working throughout the store, stockroom, warehouse, and outdoor areas.
- Ability to handle automotive parts, batteries, and related products safely
