We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end recruiting efforts across technical and operational teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
This is an entry-level position. This role is full-time, W-2 hourly ($27–$31/hr), with a clear pathway to a salaried position based on performance and business needs.
At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation.
Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.
Source candidates for technical and operational roles, including data center technicians and field-based positions.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates aligned with current and future hiring needs.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding timelines, expectations, and next steps.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer stage.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Entry-level candidates welcome; prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Hourly pay between $27–$31/hour (full-time) with a structured path toward salaried compensation
