The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Lead Coordinator to join our family and be the backbone of our sales operations. You will interact with our internal staff, manage leads end-to-end, maintain social media and marketing channels, keep our CRM accurate and actionable, support our sales team, and help turn inquiries into opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys customer service, systems, follow-through, and contributing to measurable growth—not just administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, qualify, score, and route inbound leads from website, marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records and generate daily/weekly pipeline reports and KPIs (response times, conversion rates, source performance).
- Execute timely follow-up sequences and initial customer communications so sales reps can focus on closing.
- Coordinate handoffs to sales, service, installation, and parts teams; assist with quotes, proposals, scheduling, and order processing.
- Support sales process improvements, lead nurturing for recurring revenue (service contracts, chemicals, parts), and marketing ROI tracking.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the sales leadership and field team.
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales coordination, lead management, sales admin, or similar B2B support role.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing (very beneficial)
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, responsive style.
- Highly organized, proactive, and metrics-driven; you take ownership of the pipeline and "hate" dropped leads.
- B2B sales support or equipment/service industry experience is a plus.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset aligned with a results-focused, customer-first culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-branch environment (hybrid or Sevierville-area based preferred).
