Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong background in cancer biology and immunology, with expertise in cellular immunotherapy techniques (e.g., CAR-T cell therapy, TCR-engineered T cells, NK cell therapy).
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, and animal models of cancer.
- Track record of productivity demonstrated by first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Motivation to pursue independent research projects and contribute creatively to scientific discovery.
The University of Minnesota is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Associate. This position is based on campus. Per UMN policy, work may be done remotely when appropriate

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research under the mentorship of senior investigators, focusing on cancer cellular immunotherapy. (20%)
- Design and execute experiments to investigate mechanisms of immune resistance in cancer cells and develop strategies to overcome these barriers. (20%)
- Utilize advanced cellular and molecular techniques to develop novel immunotherapy for enhanced anti-tumor activity. (20%)
- Perform in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of experimental immunotherapies. (20%)
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods and present findings at internal meetings and scientific conferences. (20%)
