The Front Climbing Club - Salt Lake CitySouth Main
Got a passion for great food and good vibes? Come be the heartbeat of Rumsy's - our café at the base of the wall - and pitch in on the gym floor when the crew needs you. If you thrive on variety, love feeding a hungry crowd, and want to be part of something more than just a job, keep reading.
The Front Climbing Club isn't your average gym - it's basecamp for Utah's climbing community. We build spaces that spark connection, push people toward their next send, and bring folks together over shared chalk dust and good coffee. Whether someone's tying in for their first climb or their thousandth, we want them to feel like they've found their people. That spirit runs through every corner of our gyms - including the café.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Salt Lake City and South Main gyms, paying $17–$21/hour. You'll spend most of your time behind the counter and in the kitchen at Rumsy's, crafting food and drinks for climbers refueling between routes - and you'll also step onto the gym floor to support front desk, member service, and safety monitoring when needed. It's a role built for someone who likes variety and wants to be woven into the full fabric of The Front.
