Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, the #1 volume pre-owned dealership in Northwest Ohio, is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team.
We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for someone who is organized, accurate, dependable, and ready to be part of a dealership that continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Process motor vehicle titles accurately and efficiently
- Handle title work for retail, wholesale, trade-in, and out-of-state transactions
- Verify paperwork and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Submit and track title applications and related documentation
- Maintain accurate title records and files
- Resolve title discrepancies and follow up on outstanding title work
- Communicate with customers, lenders, dealerships, and government agencies as needed
- Assist with general office and filing responsibilities
- Work closely with our accounting and sales departments to keep deals moving
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive title experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
