Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and hospitality-driven Client Service Professional to join our BUSY veterinary team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, creating exceptional experiences while building strong, lasting relationships. Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and staff, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
- Manage client accounts using Avimark software.
- Answer multiple phone lines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and hospital growth.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive problem-solving and hospitality-focused interactions.
- Support and uphold a positive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous leadership or management experience required. 5 year experience required. No exceptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines and high client volume.
- Veterinary experience preferred but not required.
- A passion for creating outstanding client experiences and building lasting relationships.
