Endodontist Opportunity – Fremont & Castro Valley, California
Full-Time and Part-Time Openings | 40–45% of Collections | Potential Future Partnership
Join an established, privately owned endodontic organization led by endodontists.
We are expanding our doctor team in Fremont and Castro Valley, California, and are seeking endodontists who want more than a temporary associate position. These opportunities are designed for doctors interested in strong clinical schedules, professional autonomy, long-term growth, and the possibility of future leadership and ownership.
Current Openings
Fremont
- Seeking endodontists available 2–5 clinical days per week
Castro Valley
- Seeking a part-time endodontist for approximately 2–5 clinical days per week
We welcome applications from both experienced endodontists and graduating residents.
Board certification is preferred. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible and must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a California dental license.
Walk Into an Established Patient Base
These are not start-up practices where an associate will be expected to slowly build a schedule.
Our doctors join established offices supported by:
- Significant existing patient demand
- Longstanding relationships with referring practices
- Experienced clinical and administrative teams
- Established practice systems
- An existing referral base
The goal is for an incoming associate to step into a full clinical schedule rather than having to build a patient base from scratch.
At the same time, we are looking for doctors who want to become an important part of the practice—not simply someone who wants to cover clinical days.
We want our associates to take ownership of their work, contribute to the success of the practice, build meaningful relationships with patients and referring doctors, support their team, and potentially grow into junior partnership/ownership and leadership opportunities over time.
Advanced Endodontic Technology
We believe excellent endodontic care requires the right combination of clinical judgment, technology, systems, and team support.
Our practices will feature a modern endodontic platform that includes:
- CBCT / 3D imaging
- Operating microscopes
- Advanced irrigation technology, including GentleWave and Biolase
- Modern endodontic delivery systems and instrumentation
- Digital clinical workflows
- Continued investment in emerging technology as evidence and clinical applications evolve
Technology is intended to support clinical excellence—not dictate treatment.
Our doctors maintain the clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on their training, professional judgment, and the individual needs of each patient.
The Doctor We Hope to Find
We are looking for an endodontist who:
- Demonstrates clinical excellence
- Is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience
- Is compassionate, personable, and communicates effectively
- Values strong relationships with referring dentists
- Takes accountability and ownership of their work and workplace
- Collaborates effectively with doctors and staff
- Wants to contribute to the long-term success and growth of the practice
- Has an interest in potential future leadership and junior partnership/ownership
- Is board certified or board eligible
- Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a California dental license
Referral Relationships Without Becoming "The Marketer"
An established referral base and significant existing demand allow our associates to maintain a busy clinical schedule.
We also believe successful specialty practices depend on strong relationships between specialists and referring dentists.
For that reason, our associates are expected to dedicate approximately 2–3 hours per week to referral relationship-building and practice-development activities.
This does not mean we expect our endodontists to become marketers.
We already have an established team, systems, and resources dedicated to coordinating and supporting these efforts. The doctor's role is primarily to provide the valuable doctor-to-doctor connection that cannot be replicated by a marketing team.
Activities may include:
- Meeting referring dentists and their teams
- Attending occasional lunches or office visits
- Participating in CE programs and study-club events
- Personally communicating with referring offices
- Helping strengthen relationships within the local dental community
Our team manages much of the organization, planning, coordination, and follow-up associated with these activities.
That allows our endodontists to spend the vast majority of their professional time doing what they do best: practicing endodontics.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is designed to be competitive and flexible based on the doctor's experience, clinical schedule, commitment level, and long-term involvement with the organization.
The package may include:
- 40–45% of collections, negotiable based on experience and level of commitment
- CE and professional development stipend
- Malpractice insurance stipend
- Health insurance stipend
- Potential 401(k) participation
- Potential future junior partnership/ownership opportunity
Flexible Scheduling for Bay Area Life
We recognize that commuting throughout the Bay Area can significantly affect quality of life.
For that reason, we are open to discussing flexible clinical hours and scheduling arrangements that may help doctors avoid peak traffic while still providing excellent availability for patients and referring offices.
Our goal is to develop a schedule that supports both clinical productivity and quality of life.
A Private-Practice Environment With Organizational Support
We are a privately held, endodontist-led organization with a long-term outlook.
Our vision is to create an exceptional endodontic organization where talented doctors can experience the autonomy, relationships, and professional satisfaction associated with private practice while also benefiting from the infrastructure, technology, systems, and support available through a larger organization.
Our culture emphasizes:
- Clinical excellence
- Accountability
- Collaboration
- Strong professional relationships
- Continuous improvement
Doctors who demonstrate clinical excellence, leadership, accountability, commitment to their teams, and an interest in helping the organization grow should also have an opportunity to pursue greater responsibility and potential ownership.
What This Opportunity Can Offer
An associate joining our organization can:
- Step directly into an established, busy practice
- Treat patients using advanced endodontic technology
- Work with an experienced support team
- Receive dedicated support for referral development
- Maintain clinical autonomy
- Build a schedule that balances productivity and quality of life
- Earn highly competitive percentage-based compensation
- Potentially participate in the long-term growth and ownership of the organization
If you are looking for a practice where you can perform endodontics at a high level, develop meaningful professional relationships, and build a long-term career rather than simply work a job, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
