As a Continuum Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Responsibilities include:
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Assisting with daily routines, mobility, transfers, and safety
Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring client well-being and communicating with the care team
Delivering reliable, professional care tailored to each client's needs
Experienced caregivers with a passion for serving seniors

Previous home care or caregiving experience required
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
