Miromar Realty is seeking an experienced and dynamic Residential Real Estate Sales Agent to join our onsite sales team at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, located in Miromar Lakes, FL just minutes north of Naples.

As a Full-Time Sales Associate you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through in-person sales, phone, and email communication. Building relationships while collaborating closely with buyers throughout the purchase process and participate in Open houses. Maintaining consistent follow-up and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic and self-motivated, personable, and highly skilled in selling. Is results-driven, passionate about sales, works in an ethical manner, and has previous experience in new construction sales.

Requirements
· Active Florida Real Estate Sales or Broker’s license
· Minimum of 5 years residential real estate sales experience (new constructions sales experience preferred)
