Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads (Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls)
- Convert consultations into patients
- Clearly and emotionally explain treatment plans
- Present and manage financing and payment options
- Follow up with patients (follow-ups)
- Strategically coordinate appointments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Dental experience preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong closing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission
- High earning potential ($60,000 – $120,000+)
