We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and deployment strategies.
This position demands advanced systems-design capability and a software engineering mindset applied to infrastructure operations. You will collaborate directly with Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Security leads to eliminate deployment friction, establish immutable infrastructure patterns, and maintain high availability across our multi-region cloud footprint.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across enterprise environments.
- Architect, optimize, and manage automated pipeline workflows for compilation, testing, artifact management, and multi-stage production deployments.
- Standardize configuration, automated provisioning, and drift detection of cloud resources using declarative frameworks (Terraform/Ansible).
- Manage, scale, and secure containerized application workloads across production-grade Kubernetes clusters, optimizing resource scheduling, network policies, and routing.
- Architect centralized logging, distributed tracing, and real-time observability dashboards to establish proactive threshold alerting and minimize MTTR.
- Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex infrastructure failures and critical production incidents while designing architectural safeguards against recurrence.
- Enforce shift-left security principles by integrating automated analysis (SAST/DAST), secrets management, secure image signing, and strict IAM guardrails into the core delivery loop.
- Analyze performance telemetries and resource utilization profiles to optimize compute densities and balance performance with cloud spend efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Infrastructure managing high-concurrency production workloads.
- Production-level experience designing, deploying, and hardening cloud services within at least one major hyperscaler ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), pipeline automation engines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins), and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE).
- Strong foundations in Linux/Unix internals, network protocols (DNS, VPCs, load balancing), shell scripting (Bash), and a structural programming language (Python, Go, or PowerShell) for custom tooling.
- Practical experience deploying, clustering, and querying production monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK/LGTM stack.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a highly related quantitative technical discipline (equivalent real-world production experience is fully recognized).
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary paired with performance-linked annual incentives.
- Company pension scheme with enhanced employer matching contributions.
- Comprehensive corporate health, medical, and wellness insurance options.
- Dedicated annual budget and milestone-based sponsorship for advanced technical certifications (AWS DevOps Professional, CKA, HashiCorp Terraform).
- Direct technical autonomy to evaluate emerging open-source technologies, drive system modernization initiatives, and solve multi-layered architectural challenges.
- Flexible, hybrid working arrangements configured to support optimal team delivery.
- Structured paid leave allowances, corporate holidays, and employee wellness tracks.
Application Process
If you are a systems-focused engineer dedicated to treating infrastructure as software, maximizing system reliability, and standardizing automated delivery tracks, please submit your technical resume for consideration. Our engineering leadership team evaluates all professional submissions against current architectural roadmaps and will provide a status update within 3 to 5 business days.
