Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Artist to join our Skin Occasions team! As a Lash Artist, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, creating stunning, customized looks that boost confidence and elevate their overall appearance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, client-focused environment while providing exceptional guest experiences. Skin Occasions is committed to providing each and every client. Each applicant must have either a current Cosmetology, Esthetician, or State of Texas Eyelash Extensionist License.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all health and sanitation protocols
- Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and future appointment scheduling
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with lash extension training completed
- Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and symmetry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly
- Experience with additional skills such as makeup application, hair styling, or body waxing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude that promotes guest satisfaction and retention
