Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and posting of standard journal entries
- Management allocations
- Payroll Accruals
- Intercompany billing
- Freight billing
- Prepare, generate, and record depreciation journal entries for North America and Global operations.
- Generate and record receipt accruals for North America.
- Prepare and record sales and use tax accruals.
- Monitor and clear suspense accounts in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as assigned.
- Respond to and complete special accounting projects and ad hoc requests from the Corporate Office.
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting or Finance majors are preferred)
- 0-3 years experience in an Accounting position
- Excel proficiency is a must
