Job Description:
This position supports Business Line Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) stewardship processes and portfolio analysis. The role involves developing and monitoring performance metrics to evaluate business performance, and supporting the SSHE Supervisor in managing the SSHE program as directed. The position serves as the coordinator for a variety of activities and acts as the point of contact for the Regional SSHE Advisors. This is an Operations and Maintenance, Production facing role at compressor stations and similar facilities. This position requires 50% of time in the office and 50% in the field. Any overnight training will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) training on safety procedure and practices for the plant as well as contractors
- Set up system for implementing the safety plan including hardware, software, data flow, analysis techniques and reporting format
- Develop safety communication plan to employees and contractors
- Design a safety incentive program
- Coordinate the development of the Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene plan for the turnaround
- Review Contractor safety plans
- Part of the team to perform risk analysis of specific jobs
- Implement the safety program
- Compile SHE statistics
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree or higher
- 4-5 years of SSHE experience
- Experience in Construction Safety-related positions (previous experience within the group preferred)
- Fit Test Required
- PSM Facilities experience - Preferred
- Taproot experience - Preferred
Role Details:
Location: Tioga, ND
Schedule: 5/2 M-F, possible OT on weekends
Pay: $50/ Hr
Pay: $50.00 per hour
