We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for outstanding hospitality, quality food, and a team-first culture. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Coach, train, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
- Drive sales, labor, food cost, and profitability goals.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Hire, onboard, and retain top talent while building a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and administrative responsibilities.
- Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-volume operations.
- Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Experience managing labor, food costs, and restaurant financial performance.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).
