Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic research team. Duties
- Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities, including patient recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up appointments
- Review and verify clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines
- Monitor patient progress by recording vital signs, blood sampling, and other clinical assessments in accordance with study protocols
- Support data collection and management using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and CDISC standards for data standardization
- Conduct patient monitoring visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and ethical guidelines
- Review laboratory results and coordinate with clinical laboratories to ensure proper sample handling and documentation review
- Maintain meticulous records of study activities, adverse events, and regulatory documentation for quality assurance purposes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical research methods, and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience supervising or coordinating team activities within a research setting or healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, HIPAA privacy rules, and clinical ethical guidelines
- Knowledge of EMR systems, blood sampling techniques such as phlebotomy, and vital signs measurement
- Ability to review complex documentation accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic statistical software skills for data analysis and interpretation in research projects
