The Role
We are hiring a Site Development Manager to lead all site development efforts from initial control through construction readiness.
This role is responsible for ensuring our sites are fully de-risked, engineered, permitted, and ready for vertical data center construction and long-term operations.
You will act as the central coordinator across engineering, permitting, infrastructure, and power integration, helping bring large-scale (100 MW–1+ GW) campuses to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead site development from acquisition through construction readiness
- Manage due diligence, feasibility, and site planning efforts
- Oversee entitlements, zoning, and permitting processes
- Coordinate civil design, grading, drainage, and infrastructure planning
- Manage third-party consultants (engineering, environmental, survey, etc.)
- Align site design with power interconnection and utility requirements
- Coordinate roads, water, wastewater, stormwater, and fiber infrastructure
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
- Identify and proactively solve development risks
- Support diligence efforts with partners, buyers, and capital providers
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of civil engineering, permitting, and utility coordination
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive timelines and manage consultants effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Data center, power, or large industrial project experience
- Familiarity with high-voltage infrastructure or substations
- Experience in high-growth power markets

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
