We are looking for a candidate to fill a Per Diem Hospitality/Security position at our Front Desk.

Prior corrections, law enforcement, or security experience is preferred.
Candidates with hospital/hotel security experience and/or concierge experience are encouraged to apply.
Active CPR Certification preferred.

The Job:
We are seeking a reliable Hospitality/Security Associates to join our team.
As a Hospitality/Security Associate, you will be responsible to maintain integrity of facility security, greet visitors and residents with high level of customer service, and provide any emergency assistance needed for both residents and staff.
Weekend work may be required.
Duties:
- Staff the Front Desk, and greet and direct all visitors after ascertaining the legitimacy of their visit.
- Complete any task requested that ensures resident and staff safety and assist with other resident requests.
- Log all driving requests from residents, coordinate daily driving schedule, and resident pickup status.
- Answer and properly transfer all phone calls and sort mail packages.
- Respond to all ECS, Silversphere, and smoke alarms as trained.
- Complete daily wellness check reports and incident/information reports.
- Complete all WorxHub maintenance requests as needed.
- Monitor camera system.
- Communicate with other shifts via logbook, email, etc.
- Responsible for facility keys and all other equipment located at Front Desk area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Microsoft Office product experience preferred.
- Hospital/hotel security experience preferred.
- Concierge experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
