Maintenance Technician - Up to $30/Hour
We're looking for experienced maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance using a CMMS system
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Maintain pumps, compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, agitators, motors, VFDs, and motor controllers
- Support facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs
- Respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance experience
- Boiler and compressor experience
- PLC troubleshooting (programming not required)
- Certified Maintenance Technician or Certified Reliability Technician preferred
- Precision Maintenance experience
Line Mechanic - $25/Hour
Help keep production running safely and efficiently while supporting equipment maintenance and changeovers.
Responsibilities
- Perform production line changeovers safely and efficiently
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Support 5S and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with operator training during changeovers
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
