A growing, modern oral surgery and implant practice in Lincolnshire is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant / Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys patient care, wants to learn surgical assisting, and wants to be part of a friendly, high-quality specialty practice.
Oral surgery experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right dental assistant.

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Some Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant / Oral Surgery Assistant, you will help the surgeon and clinical team provide an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the surgeon during oral surgery procedures
- Prepare patients for surgery
- Set up and clean treatment rooms and operating rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Take digital X-rays and CT scans
- Help track incoming and outgoing lab cases
- Reorder supplies and help maintain inventory
- Participate in daily huddles to help the day run smoothly
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and patients
- Help create a calm, positive, professional experience for patients

Requirements
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Oral surgery experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Positive attitude and team-oriented personality
- X-ray experience preferred
- Sterilization/infection control experience preferred
- Implant or surgical assisting experience is a plus
