As an Integration Analyst on Echo's Integration Team, you'll support, monitor, and manage Echo's EDI/API client and carrier integrations. This includes 1,000+ integrations, hundreds of document types, and millions of annual transactions that support over 40% of Echo's loads. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, optimize integration performance, and collaborate across business and IT teams to ensure reliable data exchange and operational excellence.

Monitor, support, and manage EDI/API integrations, identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.

Partner with internal teams, clients, and carriers to resolve Service Desk tickets and operational inquiries.

Create, test, and implement solutions that improve uptime, efficiency, and system performance with minimal business disruption.

Serve as a subject matter expert on client/carrier transactions and integration workflows that support business operations and revenue.

Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights into integration architecture, system issues, product releases, and data flow processes.

Identify and drive continuous process improvements.

Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in IT application support, process support, or a related role.

Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.

Experience supporting EDI/API integrations or data translation/manipulation processes.

Knowledge of EDI/API concepts, EDI standards, XML, JSON, and flat file formats.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through to completion.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external trading partners
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow Incident and Change Management in an ITIL environment.

Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

Experience with AI/GenAI workflow automation.

Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
